Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to help with returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or order confirmation.
Do I need a receipt?
Yes—please have your receipt or order confirmation handy so we can assist you.
Can I return sale or clearance items?
All sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
What are my options if I need to bring something back?
Eligible items can be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value.
If you choose an item with a higher price, you’ll simply pay the difference at the time of exchange.
How are returns and exchanges valued?
All returns and exchanges are based on the original purchase price paid, including any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.
Promotions are tied to the original item and do not transfer to new merchandise.
What if my item was a gift?
Gifted items aren’t eligible for return, but we’re happy to offer an exchange via store credit, which can be used toward an item of equal or greater value.
If a higher-priced item is selected, the difference must be paid.
What condition must items be in?
To be eligible, items should be:
- Unworn and unused
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- With original tags attached
What about online orders?
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once your order has shipped
- We offer free return shipping back to the Team Store
- All standard return eligibility requirements still apply
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Store Experience Note
Our Team Store uses a signature in-store scent as part of the shopping experience. While items are stored in this environment, a light scent may be present upon delivery and will naturally fade after airing out.
