    If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or exchange. To help us rapidly process your request, please return a copy of your receipt with the merchandise. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection. Please note that Rochester Red Wings Official Store will only refund shipping costs if your return was a result of our error.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you received a damaged or defective item, please send us an email with the details of your damaged or defective order.

    We will have you ship the item back to us. Upon receiving the item, we will refund you the shipping cost it took to send the damaged/defective item back to us. At that time, we will also either refund you for the item  or ship out a new item. 

    Partial Orders

    If you received a partial order, please send us an email with the details of your partial order. Please be sure to include the full details of what item(s) you are missing from your order, as well as the item(s) you did receive.

    If you received an email stating one of your items is currently back-ordered or may experience a delay, please review that email to inform you of when your item will be shipped out. 

    Wrong item received

    If you received the wrong item, please send us an email with the details of your order.

    We will have you ship the item back to us. Upon receiving the item, we will refund you the shipping cost it took to send the incorrect item back to us. At that time, we will also ship out the correct item. 

    When can I expect the funds back from my refund?

    Due to the high volume of refund requests we receive, please allow up to 14 business days to fully process any refund requests.
