    Effective for all purchases made online or in-store.

    Return Window

    We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

    Eligible Items

    To be eligible for a return or exchange:

    • Item must be in original, unused condition

    • All tags must be attached

    • Receipt or proof of purchase is required for a full refund

    Refunds (With Receipt)

    With a valid receipt or proof of purchase:

    • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

    • If original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued

    Returns Without Receipt

    If no receipt is provided:

    • Exchanges are allowed for an item of equal or greater value

    • Store credit may be issued at the current retail price

    • No refunds will be issued without proof of purchase

    Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

    Customer-Requested Exchanges

    Contact the Team Store prior to returning your item to confirm availability of the replacement item.

    Ship the original item back within 30 days.
    Replacement merchandise will be sent once the returned item is received and inspected.

    Incorrect or Damaged Items

    If you received the wrong item or a defective product:

    • Contact the Team Store within 7 days of delivery

    • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label

    • Replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received

    We do not ship replacement merchandise until returned merchandise is received.

    In-Store Returns & Exchanges

    Items purchased locally may be returned or exchanged in person at the Team Store within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.
