How do I know when my order has been shipped?
You will be notified via email that your order was shipped, or that your order is ready for pickup, provided an accurate email address was given. Please check your spam folder for our emails.
When can I expect my order?
You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Please review the following delivery time frame guidelines below to help determine when your order should arrive.
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days
- USPS Priority Shipping: After your order is shipped out, you should receive your order within 1-5 business days
- Ballpark Pickup: We will email you when your order is ready for pickup
Ballpark Pickup Policy:
We are happy to offer “Ballpark Pickup” to local customers. Only select this option of you are actually able to come pick up your order from the Rochester Red Wings Team Store. Otherwise, please choose shipping. Please come down to the Team Store during our hours of operation AFTER we have emailed you that the order is ready for pickup, to pick up an order. Anyone can pick up your order for you, as long as they know the name it was placed under as well as the order number. Our ordering and shipping policies state we have 7-10 business days to process all orders. This includes Ballpark Pickup orders.
We will only hold pickup orders for 60 days. After 60 days, we will give you a full refund on the original payment provided and we will put the merchandise back on the sales floor.
Can I Order Internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship domestically right now. Apologies for any inconveniences.
Are all items able to be returned/refunded?
No. Personalized items, Face Masks, and Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Can I make a change to my order?
Please be advised that once your order has been shipped you can no longer make any changes to your order. Typically you can only make a change to your order within 24 hours of your order being placed. Even then, we cannot guarantee that your order change request can be granted.
If you require a change to your order, the best option is to contact us directly via phone or email, ASAP.
You can add gift messages during the checkout process. There will be a box for "Order Notes", please place any gift messages in there. Your gift message will be included when your order is shipped.
Cancelled items: If an order is no longer available, you will receive an email stating your order has been cancelled.
Our store also serves as a retail outlet for team merchandise and is subject to walk-in traffic, in addition to our web sales. We make every effort to keep the online stores stocked with merchandise, but during intense demands, out-of-stock items or sizes may not be pulled off the site in time. You will be refunded for a cancelled item.
