    How do I know when my order has been shipped?

    You will be notified via email that your order was shipped, provided an accurate email address was given. Please check your spam folder for our emails.

    When can I expect my order?

    You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Please review the following delivery time frame guidelines below to help determine when your order should arrive.

    Please note that our policy allows for up to 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped out. **Due to COVID-19 and State Mandates, shipping and processing times may take longer than usual. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time. 

    • USPS Priority Shipping: After your order is shipped out, you should receive your order within 1-5 business days.

    Can I Pickup my Order In Store?

    Yes! The Team Store has reopened to the public as of June 1st. Simply choose "Ballpark Pickup" at checkout and wait for an email saying your order is ready. When you come to the Team Store to pick up your order, you can either park in the VIP Parking Lot or the few parking spaces along Morrie Silver Way, right next to the Team Store. The address is:

    Can I Order Internationally?

     To place an international order (anywhere outside the domestic United States) please call the Team Store directly at (585) 454-1001 ext: 3056.

    Can I make a change to my order?

    Please be advised that once your order has been shipped you can no longer make any changes to your order. Typically you can only make a change to your order within 24 hours of your order being placed. Even then, we regret to say, we cannot guarantee that your order change request can be granted.

    If you require a change to your order, the best option is to contact us directly via phone or email, ASAP. Again, if the order has already shipped, we will be unable to make changes. 

    Gift Messages

    You can add gift messages to your order by entering your message on the "Shopping Cart" page. At the very bottom of that page, you can enter your message under the area that reads, "Special Delivery Instructions or Gift Message" and enter your message in the box provided. Your gift message will be included when your order is shipped.

    Back Ordered/Cancelled Items

    Back ordered items: If an order is currently not available due to it not being in stock, you will receive an email stating your order is currently on back order. This email will indicate the expected time frame when our store expects the new shipment of your requested item(s) that are on back order. As soon as those items arrive, your order will be shipped to you via the shipping method you chose for your original order.

    Cancelled items: If an order is no longer available, you will receive an email stating your order has been cancelled.

    Our stores also serves as a retail outlet for team merchandise and is subject to walk-in traffic in addition to our web sales. We make every effort to keep the online stores stocked with merchandise, but during intense demands, out-of-stock items or sizes may not be pulled off the site in time. You will be refunded for a cancelled item.
